Question Source of South CA real estate leads

Hi, any agents know of a reputable lead provider in the South California area? I operate in Woodland Hills and have had some bad experiences with bad leads.
    Thanks

Why not create your own leads? Whenever you pay for leads that someone else has generated the quality will always be questionable. Do you have a website?

    Default Advice

www byownerdaily com (hopefully they have it for your area)

I used to be a real estate agent, and my dad is an agent in utah. I currrently work for a Mortgage Brokerage.

    Byownerdaily has decent FSBO leads.
Also get intouch with a number of 1800 SELL NOW companies. Companies that buy foreclosed homes, distressed homes etc. Approach them and ask if you can send them deals and call on behalf of them.

Now when you call the FSBO you can call on behalf of a potential buyer. Know the companies' price and discount they will purchase the home for... also know all criteria the companies look for. If the seller isn't interested at selling the home at that price ask them if they getting these low ball offers etc... (insert good selling technique related here) let them know you'd be happy to list their property for them at 1% (I know, don't get angry - we all were trained never to discount our commission, but these are tougher times) - and that you would like their listing to get more buyers (that is where the strength of the market it right now) and you would (insert great selling remarks here) for them just as if it were a full commission.

The good thing is that you will find good deals for the investment companies (try get as many of those companies as possible) and make money on those. As well as you will be able to break down some walls FSBO's have. The byownerdaily, from my experience had great FSBO leads. They were inexpensive as well.

Well let me know if any of this is helpful.

    -Sam
