    Going down deep...
I was hired by RE/max in Spain last year. After 10 months, they got out.
I came back last september for some paperworks. HALF of Real Estate agencies just disappeared!!!! Gone...no work anymore...amazing!!!

First of all, I wanted to welcome you to the Real Estate Forum. What area in Europe are you looking for information?

Hey! i'm a Realtor in Fl and have just moved here from the UK. If you need any help with the UK market, don't hesitate to let me know!

Whereabouts in Spain were you? No-doubt you have had your fair share of brits if you were on any of the 'costas'

I have a couple of Beach homes in Bulgaria also if you need any help with anything east europe!

    Good luck

The real-estate market everywhere seems to be experience difficulties, although I'm not directly experienced in any marketing from the UK side of things... I see the trends from here and it looks like you may experience the same problems all around as others have told you.

Welcome to the forums though, i'm new too!
