hello,
I'm writing an essay about Shopping centre markets in Russia. If have already written about customers and rateilers what other "requirements" should I consider. I also didn't find any info about logistics in Russia, can you post some link that has some info about it.

This is definitely a hard topic to write an essay on, but I will see if I can get in touch with a Realtor over there. I don't know how much help that will be, but it's worth a try.

I think it will be a good idea to also consider writing about financing the acquisition and construction of shopping center, i.e the commercial lending part of it. Maybe also point out some differences between shopping centers in Russia and where you live will make it more interesting. Hope that helps
