Exclamation Make Sure The Computer Is Off!!!

Aloha! a common mistake that home inspectors make is not making sure your clients computer is off, if the power goes...yes! you guessed it, so does the computer, so if you inspector doesnt remind them, then it would impress your client that you thought of it!!! (pat yourself on the back when you save them there newly uploaded files/emails!) super agent to the rescue!

What is thenext latest and greatest thing that inpectors can do or provide to real estate agents. I remember when you started providing digital pictures for the hard to reach areas and when your reports were sent in attachments for easy sharing with others. What's next?

right now we offer our reports to be accessed through our site, secure login, that way you do not need to download anything (which slows you down!) just click and print/send!

We also offer video inspections, audio inspections for the blind, translations to; Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Mandarine and Spanish -for international sales.

so we, Thomson Alliance, have been pushing the inspection process into different areas and have found it to be V Successful!

Good point about the power cutoff. I would never have thought of that.
