getting ready...
hi! i'm new to this forum. i've been an assistant (part time) to a realtor for almost 4 yrs. now but haven't decided whether to make the next step or not. i'm planning to take the exam before the year ends, what pointers can you guys give me? thanks and have a great day!

On the bright side, you have been exposed to so much information that you stand a great shot at being successful.
I would focus heavily on your SOI (sphere of influence). This is where your first few sales will come through until you build up other pipelines.
