Default No more nice guy approach

I've tried the nice guy approach with no results. Check out my website! I'm not allowed to post urls yet, so click on my username (mark19401) and then "visit mark19401 homepage" if you haven't figured that out yet. Some say it's too controversial, others say it will be like a magnet to buyers. Also, instead of the professional look, I went with a more relaxed surfer look to attract "regular people". So far I have gotten more calls in a week than I did in 3 months with the other format. Any other agents finding the same thing these days?

Putting aside the issue of whether dancing animals convey the right thing, I think what you have working for you here (in the text) is an honest approach that is free from the normal marketing spin people associate with realtors. If that works in your market, good.
