We are going through the same analysis --
Leading options that we are reviewing include:
Top Producer
Eurakaware
MS Outlook with Small Business Manager
It is tough to find much feedback. I know lots of agents that either use or have used Top Producer. Other than them, we have not found any option that has much of a following.David Abernathy serving the South Florida real estate and Palm Beach County real estate markets including; Juno Beach, Tequesta, Jupiter Florida Real Estate and Stuart Florida Homes and Condos.

We like ACT for Real Estate Agents the best.
I don't like Top Producer because of the cost. We used TP for over 10 years but there is always a charge for this add on and that one, etc. You also have to pay for support with a yearly fee. I think that is a rip off especially when sometimes it was their software that had the problem. There are also issues with mls input for the cma feature that we did not like.
We like the datebase features of ACT.Katerina Gasset, CIPS, Realtor, Business, Health and Personal Coach, Marketing Consultant, Speaker & Trainer. Our Real Estate Office is located in Wellington Florida.
