    Default Question...

I am a licensed Real Estate agent in Tennessee and I am working hard to build my business. But I have also had a virtual assistant business that I would love to expand to help other agents across the country. Would this be considered a conflict of interest or get me into any trouble? Would I need to strictly do the work of an unlicensed assistant?

Any help or advice is appreciated.

What do you mean by virtual assistant? Would you be looking to help other agents? If so, I wouldn't be comfortable sharing my files and clients information with another agent in my town. I dont like my personal assistant doing work for other agents!
