Any Perks for Sales Agents??

Hi,

I wanted to know if there are any perks for real estate agents?? For example, would there be any savings or discounts when purchasing a home for themselves?? I will be getting my license in a couple of months and just wanted to know because I would also like to purchase a home a well in the near future.

When you sign on with a company, ask them how they handle personal sales. Every company is different with different policies and proceedures. Bottom line you may be able to sell/buy your own property for very little if any commission on your side of the transaction.

The only other perks that I can think of would be discounts that you might receive from being a member of the NAR, your local board of realtorss and youe local MLS.
