    Default Other agents

    I need to vent a little. On Saturday I called another agent to take my client to see their listing. They didn't answer, so I left a message. Well, I'm still waiting for them to return my call. I just don't understand why some agents just don't call back. I didn't show the property. I guess some agents are too busy to call back or just don't want to get rid of their listings. Ok, I feel better now!

    Not everyone can be available all the time. It does get very annoying when the same person is hard to get a hold of. I know how you feel.

    yeah, that would be annoying. That could hurt your business as well as theirs. There could be a lot of reasons but if it happens with the SAME agent all the time I'd pre-warn my clients if they are interested in one of homes listed by that agent.

    I deal with it on the Loan side of the transaction. Trying to get ahold of Lender account reps can be an nightmare at times! So I guess I can feel your pain in a way.

    The first rule in real estate is to always take your calls. Even when I am with clients I try to take every call. Even if I have to tell them right away that I will need to return their call later. My clients don't have a problem with it and also know that one day it could be them calling me.
