Several months ago, I met a young lady who had just completed Real Estate school and was very nervous about taking her state exam. She read one of my columns on another site and gave me a call asking for advise.
I told her that we can assist her in studying for her state exam and get her license. It wasn`t easy for her. She is bi-lingual.
We both felt it would be easier for her to take the exam in Spanish rather than English!

This person studied thosands of hours! She gave 110% of herself and passed the State Exam! Each day she came to the office to help other Realtors, she watched what everyone was doing and developed her Real Estate skills.
She assisted our Realtors with "Open Houses" went to numerous "Brokers Open`s" and finally closed her first transaction yesterday! Her first sale was a Condo in Sunrise,Florida.
The feeling that she had made everyone around her proud. My staff and I were so happy for her and how she`s advanced so rapidly, we`re having a party for her in her honor this Friday!
Her exuberance has made me change how I recruit. We have decided to hold "Free Tutoring" classes for people who have completed Real Estate School and are in between taking the State Exam.
It is my opinion that any new Real Estate prospect should spend time in an office and watch what actually goes on day-to-day. The terminology, the way a Professional conducts themselves is contagious!
This young lady spent time in our office watching and learned from her peers. I`m so happy that this person is on her way to a new and exciting career!
