Test question
Hi everyone,
I have taken the state exam and pass the state part of it and failed the national part. Do you have any clues or suggestions for passing the national part it is diffcult, I have taken it and there are different tests that they give. I am determine to pass this test and get started helping people get there house. I live in Texas if that helps. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

test
Be patient, study hard and ONLY retake the examine when you are 110% confident in yourself. THe last thing you want to do is have to retake the pre-license classes.
You will find a few online companies that provide test preperation software, just google-it...
Good Luck...AND STUDY, STUDY, STUDY, anything worth having in life is not easy!!!

Dont waste your money!
I wouldnt even wast my money with the Study Programs online. What you need is right in front of you. I studied for 6 months off and on before I was 110% sure. Its not easy, if it were, everyone would be a Realtor. Passing the test is the hard part. Once you are wheeling and dealing, its GREAT! Keep that in mind to motivate you to pass that stinkin thing!

My instructor said "Go through the book cover to cover". I think I thought he was kidding because I went straight for the test similator CD. I failed the first exam because I didn't do what he told me to do; do the book cover to cover.
Stay away from those exam preps. Use your book, that's all you need.FlaGal

Everyone is different. You need to do what helps you remember the material. I used the practice exams on the cds and thats all I studied for 2 weeks before the exam and I passed. So whatever is your cup of tea whether its reading a book cover to cover or doing the practice exams, do it over and over until you are confident!
