Not easy to answer.
Do it once and see your mistakes.
DO it again avoiding last mistakes and see new mistakes.
And so on...
You'll get your stuff with no mistakes after a while...

Take a look @ your broker's new agent training program. The questions you've asked are the basics - they should definitely be covered by your broker's training.

Think about getting coaching from Craig Proctor, hes the BEST.

I dont know if I would jump into coaching. Find a good broker that can answer these questions for you. You shouldn't have to be paying a broker and a Coach.

Most coaches I know are coaching over 100 different agents, and I can assure you Craig proctor has several hundered agents and trainers he oversees. Im sure there are exceptions.
If your borkerage doesn't offer good training or a mentor. I would drop them and find a new one. No need to spend 5k a year on a coach. I spend several thousand dollars on a coaching program and it was a huge waste of money. The only thing I gained from it was the tax write off.

There is a reason MOST agents sell 4-8 homes a year. You have to pay to play.

I agree some coaching programs can be helpful, but if your going to be paying your brokerage company a split you should be getting some sort of training or mentoring.
I wouldn't jump into getting a coach right off the bat. Test the waters, see what works and what doesn't. Everyone has their nitch. I do all my buisness off the internet. Some people sit open houses everyweekend and make 6 figures doing this. Find out what works for you!
Just my 2 cents!
