    Default Real Estate Student

Hi, I am in Real Estate School and hope in a few months I can be an "offical" member of this forum.

I have a question... we are required to have a calculator in classes (yes for all those lovely calculations!) and I am at loss for which one to buy. Someone mentions the HP 12C Financial Calculator but I read a bad review on it. Does anyone know of a user friendly model for a beginner, but will give me what I need to do all the Real Estate functions.

    Thanks for your help!

I use a Calculated industries Qualifier Plus IIx (obsolete, they have a newer one out now) for all my RE needs... covers me well and might be worth it for you to look into...

Not sure about your state requirements but for the FL exam I was only allowed to use a regular one with basic functions and battery operated only.
