    Hello All,

I am new to the real estate business, actually I just passed my NJ test and I'm in the process of selecting a broker. i do have one question thouhg, with the market being so slow right now, especially in NJ is it worth jumping right in full time?

Also, any predictions for the future as far as the market getting back to where it was?

    Thanks!

I would jump in full time BECAUSE the market is so slow.
The slower the market, the more you have to work to get that first listing.
Also, there's plenty to learn after you passed your exam.
I'm in my second month and I stay up very late every day absorbing what I've learned, reading what I've been handed during the day, working on my website etc.
