Marketing Systems
Has anyone had any experience with the marketing systems designed by those self-proclaimed "marketing gurus" like Chris Forte or Chris Proctor? Are they worth the investment? THanks a bunch, guys!

I am familiar with Craig Proctors system for success , he runs a company called consulnet which is a nationwide web template system. I have run into a few people that have used the system, but they didn't get leads.

Hey guys, here's a report on my quest to find a good real estate marketing program. I've tried a number of them out and finally settled with Todd Bates. THough most of these RE marketing gurus all talk about the same thing: how to get prospects to call you instead of you chasing them, the Todd Bates system has information arranged in a way that's easy to implement and to digest, at least for the way I learn. It just seems more logical, step by step.
He lays information out in terms of the kind of target market or activities you want to do. For instance, you want to DOMINATE the market (who doesn't?), he has a step by step system for it. It's quite interesting. I'll learning as much as I can and will start implementing in the following weeks.
