    Default forclosures

    Hi Y'all,
    I wanted to get into selling forclosures and pre-forclosure and was wondering if anyone has dealt with them. I would greatly appreciate any info regarding what all is involved with these properties.

    Our company deals with forclosures all the time. Come to find out, banks don't want to be in the real estate business. Here is a good source of forclosure listings
