    Default The image of Realtors

has become very bad over the years. Especially online. Google has placed a real estate filter on all new real estate web sites. It takes a long time for a real estate web site to get ranked for terms related to real estate and the area you are servicing.

I want to help clean up that image!

We want good conduct in this forum and no hate

I myself am looking for a good real estate agent in San Diego, California to network with and I think I have found him today

The best way to advertise your web site is indirect advertising. Create a good web site, write some nice articles and please do stay away from link exchange programs. They will take you don't when you least expect it and least need it

I will post more here as soon as I have time http://www.national-real-estate-dire...splay.php?f=23

    Lightbulb Yes Yes!

    Right! I agree with you.
But I am new and unfamiliar with quite a bid of this forum and linking info. What are the bad links and how can you avoid them? What other things can you do to strengthen your web "image"?

The image of the realtor has been getting its fair share of beatings all thanks to all the real estate scams that came out after the real estate bubble. The best way to help the image of the realtor and the real estate agent is to launch an educational drive to help protect the public from scammers out there who are out to get their money.

Heirloom items differ from other items as they scale with your current level. This means that Heirlooms automatically take on the attributes of a blue quality item dependent on the level of its wearer. However, Heirlooms at level 80 will only amount to an item level 187 rare item, and as such will be replaced quickly. Thankfully Heirlooms have another unique quality that will allow you to use them for a long time to come;, they bind to an account instead of a single character. This allows you to send your Heirloom item to any other character who shares the same account and server as the character who purchased the wow power leveling item, even characters of the opposite faction.

The best way to help the image of the Realtor and Agent/Broker is for all Agents/Brokers to heavily police themselves. That means turn in every Agent and/or Broker to their licensing board for violating any rule, law or regulation. Do not turn them into any real estate association as they have no control over the dishonest Agent/Broker license. I'll use a very appropriate twist on a Marine Corp slogan:

"Turn them all in and let the licensing board sort them out!"

If they are innocent nothing will happen. If they are guilty hopefully the licensing board will revoke their license for scamming!

There's some good information on link exchange programs and why it is not a good idea to use these services here: http://www.shoutmeloud.com/why-link-...gs-health.html

And so the best way of building one's name is building it's reputation. Aids like word-of-mouth marketing may be used and referral in order to help build the business' popularity.

    Default Links and reputation

A good rule of thumb is to not participate in link exchanges that are not relevant to your sites subject matter, no matter how enticing the deal. Links should be chosen carefully and in moderation. It is very easy to get the look of a site that is set up purely for affiliate income. As far as reputation outside of that, egents and brokers are just like any other business full of people... Responsibility starts with the individual. Hold yourself to the highest standard and people will be able to tell the difference.
