Where can I find either websites, links, books, etc to learn more detailed info regarding transactions? Anyone have any great resources that they refer to?
Thanks

Transaction Management
What state are you located. Each state manages the process differently. When I moved from Texas to California, the biggest difference I found is that their is no closing meeeting in California. You don't sit down with the buyer on one side and the seller on another side and sign papers, exchange checks and keys.
I bought my first house out here and never met the seller!!
Strange and a little anti-climactic as I was expecting a closing like in Texas where you sit across from the seller or buyer and get to meet who is buying or from whom you are buying your proerty from.Offering Real Estate Web Design and Real Estate Marketing Services.
