    Question Submitting offers

I've submitted a few offers for clients (short sale listings) and the listing agents said they've submitted my offer to the banks.

Is there a document I can ask for to prove it was submitted to the bank?

Short sales take a lot of patience and time. Need to trust that the listing agent is doing their job competently and is getting the offers to the bank.....and then wait & wait & wait for a response.

But before it gets submitted to the bank, does the seller sign the RPA if he accepts the offer? Can I at least get a copy of that?

Yes, you should have a copy of the signed contract from the seller.

I usually photocopy such documents and papers so that I would have my own copy of the files as well and serves as a back up when I need it.
