I have read alot of bad publicity hear about online lead generation compaies, but ihave had greta luck with homevaluesandlistings.com and getilistings.com (same company) They charge less than 150 a month and offer month to month agreements. and the prospect knows I will be calling them before they submit information.
At least some companies are trying to do it right.

my question would be how many of the leads that you get turn into a quality buyer/seller when you use their program? Do you have an idea of what your closing ratio is with their leads?
