    Is it common for rentals to be co-brokered in NYC?

    The question is, have you checked about rental co-brokership in NYC? Do they (New York Real Estate Commission) allow it?
    You better check that out for you to make sure about co-brokership in NYC. Several states have different rules and laws about it of course.
