Hi everybody. My boyfriend and I are looking into getting our licenses and I wonder if any of y'all know of any good courses that are cheap, quick, and effective? Perhaps there is a two for one kind of deal out there. Please let me know. I appreciate it much.

I highly doubt there is a two for one deal out there to take a class. Real Estate Schools are just like taking a college class except its just for real estate and passing your state exam. I'd go on google and type in the search, real estate schools for the area you live in. I'm sure a few will come up check out the reviews. Also another way is to just go to a real estate office and ask them.

I do not think there are going to be any two for one deals out there. Like mentioned before, it is like taking a course in college. So both of you will probably need to take the course/courses to become licensed for the job. I would look up online courses and see which one had the best reviews and go from there. Also, as mentioned before me, going to a real estate agent and asking them would be a very good idea.

Well, it depends what state you are located in... Search for a few on google and then look up some reviews.

It has been my experience, that there usually isn't a tremendous amount of variance in pricing to get your license.

And I definitely have never seen a 2 for 1 deal. But who knows, you might get lucky.

There are packages and even group packages for such licensing and training courses. Most of those who take such courses are business entities and companies.
