    Question Fixed item or personal property- Projector unit

    I am working on a contract right now that is signed and executed. My client, the seller, wants his projector system and 100 inch screen out of the house. The buyers agent says that the low ball offer included the projector and screen to go along with house. Is the projector a fixed item? Or is it personal property?

    Is the projector attached to the house?

    If not then it is personal property and the buyer should have asked for it in the contract if they wanted it.
