Are you a new agent thinking about joining a Keller Williams office as a new agent?

Keller Williams offices are all independently owned franchises (at least in my market they are), so they are all a little different.

Larger brokerages usually offer more to new agents in terms of training, mentoring, and polished marketing materials. In my market new agents typically start at a 50% split. Every company worth working for in my market charges a franchise or marketing fee.

    I hope this helps.
