They all sound good. I think the most valuable to start with, for the long term, would be Representing Your Client, Not Your Paycheck.

How about "You can't sell someone a home, only market one!"

You can't ever sell someone a home. And you know that, there a one hundreds reasons why you can't sell a home to someone.

That would be a good article...
