Thread: Real Estate Coaching

Hey guys,

I've gotten a couple messages from a few of you asking me about the real estate coach Vince Villegas, his products, and what he is all about. I'm starting this thread to answer any questions you guys may have, and maybe even get some discussion going since the last thread went missing.

Vince Villegas is from Michigan, and exploded into the real estate industry in 2009. He is one of the nationally top ranked real estate agents for Coldwell Banker. Since he hit his huge success, he shifted his focus and has devoted his time to building up his own coaching business, mentoring agents on how to improve their business using the same techniques he used.

I have personally been preaching on this forum about his Facebook Blueprint training DVD program, which is designed specifically for real estate agents on how to market/advertise on Facebook. I thought I knew what I was doing on Facebook--its easy to use! But after I completed my training I couldn't believe how many changes I ended up making to both my personal and professional pages. I have an ad for every listing I have on Facebook, and after I finished my training I made a sell in just 2 weeks!!! Seriously guys, this DVD is incredible. Villegas also has another training program called the Ultimate Listing Presentation, teaching all about his outlined presentation to get potential clients to sign/work with you. I myself haven't signed up for it yet, but plan to once I get the funding for it. Its gotten good reviews! Villeagas also has webinars that are available to everyone whether you have ordered his products/taken his training or not. I have a link to access that if anyone is interested.
