    Default Door Knocking and CMA

Hello My Friends Brokers and Agents.
I am new to this forum and also new into this Real Estate Career. In fact this is my 3rd month since I got my Licience.
I Planing to do door knocking in my Housing complex and I was wondering if its is Ethical/Legal to prepare and print out CMA of each house I visit and Hand them to the owner.
Would there be any problem or any legal issue towards for me, in doing this as the Owner has not requested this from me.
I would request any Experienced Broker or Agent to Please answer my query.
    Thank you in advance.
    Mir

I honestly wouldn't do the CMA's because there are websites out there that tell homeowners how much their house is "worth". Which we all know a house is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. In saying that I would suggest maybe a newsletter about what's going on in your current economy. People read and watch the news so much they think no one is buying houses in this "market" when in reality this is a buyers market.

Yes a CMA is a Comparitive Market Analysis. Not to be confused with an apprasial which is done by a licensed Apprasier. I don't know about how other Agents do it but I try not to tell my Sellers how much their house is worth. I like for them to come with their own price directed from the prior Solds and what's on the Market.
