One more thing
You also need to focus on education. The more educated you are about real estate the better you can serve your clients and stay ahead of your competition.

New Realtors in MN
I encourage newer real estate agents to plug in with a team that can provide them buyer and seller leads to get them up and running quickly.
Education is important, however I am also a big believer of learning by working with buyer and seller clients (through these leads the agent is receiving.)
Not only buyer clients, but listings as well. Here in Minnesota, the agents that truly succeed over time are ones that do both buyside and listing files from the MLS.
Good luck! I'm sure you will do great.Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service. I have to agree on this since this is the point were you establish your self and mold your self to be a well prepared person. And you can continue to propagate your education and learning as you get a long with the working process.don't purchase a profit that is not profitable.
