If you are in the process of becoming a real estate agent, I definitely congratulate you on taking that first step. There is a ton of potential in the real estate business, but it no doubt is a full time job.

Be sure to plug in with a top real estate broker. Here in Minnesota, our team is licensed with an international company that does have a ton of support for its agents.

We are finding a good amount of home buying activing here in Minneapolis and St Paul. With 5,000 less MLS listings on the market, compared to last year at this time, things are moving. And realtors are busy busy busy! It is a good time to be looking to get into this business.

Thanks again and best of luck to you on your new venture.

real estate cannot be that hard to learn since there will be experts and other professionals that will help you along the way. And some of us here also contribute's some basic knowledge not to mention others who just post nonsense things like appreciating other post.

But real estate would be a great field to tackle especially if you want to be successful. Good luck with your development process.

    tttyyy22,

I've been involved in the real estate industry going on about 4 years now. I'm still relatively new to the field, and am still learning the ropes. So first off, I'd like to congratulate you for taking the first steps to learning about it! I've gotten some great information and advice from others on this forum. I'd like to share VinceVillegas.tv with you! I myself have started the training recently. Even though I've been in real estate for a few years now, this training video is still a great resource for learning. Especially if you are new, I highly recommend checking it out!

    Good luck

I'm not sure why the link in my previous post was disabled, but here it is again VinceVillegas.tv I'm sure the site administrators will take it down again for reasons unknown to me. If they do, realize you can copy and paste the text into your browser and it will still take you where you need to go.

    Warm wishes,

Not really. you'd need a license before you can call yourself a real estate agent and those things are not EASY to get. Different states have different requirements in terms of getting those license and renewing them. There are a lot of those who tried and didn't succeed because it is not easy. You have to really work hard to get one of those license.

Different state have different requirements in taking real estate agent license examination. There are state only allow 19 years old and 18 years of age to take the examination.
