    Default Helpful hints

    tttyyy22,

Being educated and knowledgeable about the field you are in is crucial to any business. What is important to remember is to ASK QUESTIONS. If you don't understand something, just ask! To gain more knowledge about real estate, I recommend either reading a few general knowledge or overview books about real estate. You can get them at any local bookstore. Or better yet, look into taking a training program. I have just completed a training DVD I ordered, and am getting ready to sign up for a training program that is available on the internet. I think it could really help you. Check out VinceVillegas.tv and let me know what you think!

    Best of luck,
    Eric.

To become an RE agent you must be qualified to take examination for real estate agent license. Different state have different requirement, so keep your self informed of the rules in your area.

Definitely. One thing that you can do to make sure that you get your license is you enroll with a good provider of real estate courses. You will be needing to do this every 2 years or so because different STATES have different requirements such as continuing education for agents in renewing their licenses.
