Advice for a new agent in New York City.
I'm considering going into the Real Estate, and have met with several different brokerages and having been getting a pretty wide array of answers to some questions I have, so I hope maybe some of you can help me get an idea.
(I'm really only interested in the experience as it applies to New York)
As for my first year what can I expect to make if starting strictly in rentals?
Typically how many hours do you dedicate to actual work (I don't consider socializing and "networking" at a cocktail party as work), in your first year and, let's say, 5 years from now?
What is the most difficult aspect of the day to day? What is the best part?
Any advice for a rookie?
Thank you all in advance for your help.
