    Question Help????

I want to know if it is legal in New York state to have my commissions paid out to a LLC that I own?

Any and all help will be appreciated.

I am not sure about your area, but in Oregon and Washington, it is legal as long as you submitted the name of your LLC to the state commissioner and they issue a license to the LLC as well as to you. About the same as doing a DBA, but the LLC must be licensed also.

Thank you so much. I do appreciate the help. I am really looking forward to setting up shop next year.
