    Default Process of Hiring

    Hi...

Enlisting help is a great help to maximize their time as well as their energy, yours. To effectively hire your own PA / VA and team, it helps to start with these three steps:

Step 1) Write down the description of the work or tasks that you’d like your helpers to do. Include any software requirements, like using Microsoft Word and Excel, as examples.

Step 2) Advertise your need for help depending on your requirements. You can do this by placing a small advertisement in the local newspaper, on classified ad sites like Craigslist.com or on forums you frequent in your fields of interests / niches. You can also post on freelance sites like Elance.com. Make sure that you include your contact details so the applicant can reach you easily in your ads and in profiles on websites.

Step 3) Make a list of several of the top applicants, comparing their resumes, credentials, experience, client feedback, any ratings (at sites like Elance) and work samples. Jot notes down for handy reference, making your own ratings sheet.

I think the use of forums and social networking sites for real estate hiring and advertsing is really taking off now and are such good resources to take advantage of.
