Default New Realtor Starting Part Time

I am new to the real estate market. I am currently employed and also just receiving my real estate license. I have not yet found a broker to work under but need advice on where I should turn to find one that wil allow me to work part time. I need to know what to look at as far as fees and commisions and whats the most important for a part timer. I am taking as many informational classes now as I can. I am also looking to anyone here with advice. Anything would be appreciated.

Starting as a part time realtor is going to be tough. There is alot of busy nonproductive work that needs to be done. I would suggest starting with a larger more established company that has a training program. What you may not learn much from the program but you will make connections with other realtors. What you are trying to do is find someone who is willing to share there time, information and knowledge. This is where you will gain the most knowledge. The larger companies will take more, but you will be able to get the education that you need. What you are trying to learn is not in any book. It is in the realtors experience. After you have gained some good knowledge then you can look around and find a company that will give you more of your commisions. Good Luck!
