What kind of insight data accessible by realtors?
Currently, there are many realestate websites. We can get lots of information there. I'm wondering what special/insight data only accessible by realtors.
As an investor, not sure whether I need to get a licence.

Things that a realtor may see that you don't are, how many times a home has been on the market, how many price changes they have had and how often. Realtor talk with other realtors and can generally get a little more information on properties that clients usually don't get. We also have access to programs to see deeds, recordings and liens. some of this stuff you can pay for others you can't.

Well i think for accessing data from inside any website you should probably have to make sign-up in that specific site.. Simple

While LINKEDIN has been great for connecting to new contacts and reconnecting with colleages or friends we may have lost touch with in our travels, what I keep hearing out here is that more and more online-preneurs, solo-preneurs, entrepreneurs and sales folk want streamlined marketing solutions with their dose of networking activities.

Usually the benefit of having access to the MLS is that you can get accurate historical data.
