Who wants to make money in real estate?

It's a very known fact that real estate is the field where you can make huge money in a short period of time, and it's true. But it is also true that it takes a huge amount of hard work and patience to get to the goal.

Real estate is one of the most tough industry to break into and different people approach it differently, and it is one of the most rewarding too. So people who are new or thinking to get into the stuff, how are you planning to?

And people who have been in the industry for a while, how did you start? what do you wish you had done back then to improve?

I responded to an ad in the paper looking for real estate agents. I didn't make very much in my first year, but I managed to increase my sales every year. In 2010 I was up 22% from 2009. I wish I had invested more time and money in real estate sales training when I started.

Real estate is the business that can give you big money if you lucky enough in getting more buyers. In order to get more buyers, you need to work hard and flow your sweat with patience.

You HAVE to work hard in the real estate industry. You have to stand out and market yourself any way that you can. With so many Realtors out there, if you don't do something to be ahead of the game, you're just going to blend into the mediocre crowd and achieve mediocre results.

I really wanted to partake in the real estate business, but I don't have enough knowledge on how to do so. I am puzzled if I can succeed on this field, since I know that it takes time before I can achieve my goal on this area.

Naaaa..It is a sin to make money ....LMAO

I make money by just renting out my real estate domains. I might as well sell real estate by my own. Who cares about having a license..

Every people wanted to have a fast way to earn more money. In real estate business, you can easily make earn the money that you dream if you know how to handle and how to market real estate products and services.

The question was crafted that way since the biggest chunk belong to those people who are hesitant of investing for the fear that they might lose huge sums of money or much hard work is needed coupled with patience in order to succeed. Others who have tried it but failed decided to quit. It must be noted however that this requires a tedious task in order to reach one's goal.

Real estate and real estate investment is not like a lot of other businesses. There is a lot of risk involved and a lot of work too. But if you know what you are doing real estate investing will result in some pretty big paydays.
