    Default You can do better

A 50/50 split and $375 per month seems to much to me. It would not be too bad for a very short while but you should be to 60/40 within a few months, and 70/30 before a year is up. There are many good companies to choose from which have great training programs. These are difficult times for brokerages and they should be eager to hire a teacheable and eager agent.
