I guess this is the age old proverb, but here it goes anyway: does anyone know of a resource that actually presents statistical data on what is the best marketing resource for Real Estate Brokers? There are many tools: local news papers, mail lists, e-mail lists, web sites, blogs, social media (facebook, twitter, etc...) but I really wonder how they rate.
Large companies execute EXTENSIVE research into effective marketing strategies and media, but I see little data for small business.
