I am an aspiring agent and beginning to think about my niche and what kind of broker I want to work with.

I have connections with a local Buyer's Brokerage and really like the other agents and the broker himself.

I am attracted to the idea of working only for buyer's, but have concerns also. I wonder if this would be limiting my earning abilities as I am limiting myself to working with buyers only and completely cutting out the earning potential of selling homes.

Please share any thoughts on the benefits and disadvantages of working for a buyer's only broker.
