House of Horrors
I recently watched an episode of Inside Edition about two families who bought houses that used to belong to two notorious serial killers. There were some opposite reactions. The first families did not seem to mind that they were living in a house where people were killed and actually buried. But the second family was far more upset, probably due to the fact that a sexual sadist lived there and they do have children. This begs the question, would you inform a potential client if the house they are planning to buy have a macabre history?

Yikes!! Tbh, I'm not sure how I would handle this situation. Perhaps there is an opportunity to embrace the history of these kinds of properties and market them to certain demo's? I'm sure the showings would be interesting if nothing else.... :P

eehwww... well... I think everything should be transparent between a agent and a buyer...
Because if the buyer reveal the things afterward if can even file a case ... against agent... so better not be in such kinda trouble...

I wouldn't want to hide things from my clients. Someday I hope to be able to do business with them again and I hope they refer me to their friends.

Re: House of Horrors
It is not to hide the fact. Some day they will know the truth and this will going to hurt your carrier and business. Try to talk to the people who lived their in past years. You will definitely find some solution to your problem.. Wish you Luck!
