    Default Obtain Real Estate License

    All,

I have done lots of research in order to obtain my real estate license. I am looking for the cheapest possible method. I have great self-study skills. I don't mind purchasing/renting a few books and simply taking the test. Are classes required? If so, are there companies out there willing to sponsor potential real estate licensees? According to my google search observations, I feel like all these real estate schools are just cash-hungry.

Background: I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting-- no real estate background or classes. I am looking for a 2nd part-time career. Something to keep me busy in the evenings and weekends.

    Thanks in advance!
