    Default The licensing process

Which state do you think has the toughest NMLS examination? I heard it's Arizona, but is there another state that is toughest when it comes to getting a realtor license?

Texas is pretty tough...it took me a couple times to pass that tricky exam. Not to mention the 210 hours if you don't have college credit. If you have that credit, it's still 150 hours and Texas isn't reciprocal with any other state. That's my two cents.

Wow, everything truly IS bigger in Texas!

MN isn't too bad. Just 90 hours and the Federal and State exams. I actually got 80 out of 80 correct on my Federal exam. So it didn't seem too tough for me the first time through!
