Default Most effective real estate mastery

    Hey
I am a relatively new agent and I've been told my several top producing agents that mastering one real estate philosophy is the best route to begin a career. I've heard things about Ninja Selling (mostly positive), but I want to know what other schools of thought are available for real estate professionals.

    Thanks

    Trevor

I'm always a little dismissive of anything that's too easy. One philosophy sounds nice in a hallmark card but life never works that way. Hard work (and smart work) are the ways to success.

In the business of selling anything, the most important thing you need to have, especially if you are a newbie is confidence. No amount of self-help programs will be able to build this up, you need to find it yourself.

Perserverance and humility are also essential. I've seen a lot of realtors make that first big, quick sale, and think they are on the easy route to riches. Unfortunately it rarely works that way. Building a loyal customer base takes a lot of pushing through the lean times. If you keep at it, and stay humble, I'm willing to bet you'll have a huge fan following over the course of a few years who will continually refer you new business. Best of luck to you, and congratulations on choosing a very fulfilling career

Good thing in taking mastery is you will expand your knowledge about real estate and at the same time in the future you can share it to the others.
