Short Sale Tips
Hey everyone,
I am recently trying to adapt to the short sale market and found a guy who seems like he knows whats up. I just signed up for his webinar and thought I would share bc if you are in the same boat as me, this stuff is pretty confusing. The guys name is mike cuevas... with shortsalesredefined.
He seems pretty down to earth, which is what hooked me. let me know what you guys think.
Have a good day

There are plenty of programs and companies to assist you. Just make sure you always know that when you think you have it figured out the bank will change the rules lol.
B of A is good to use Equator, and Chase is good to use reo prep, and you can also use short sale negotiators as well.

There are several people out there who know how to play the short sale field real well. The important part like previously mentioned is to constantly adapt to the changing environment. So many people are unwilling to do that and just screams OPPORTUNITY!

I have started a blog to teach the basics of real estate to people who have little to no knowledge. (ie. Everyday people who never look at purchase agreements or addendums for fun!)

Short selling is very risky. People must be very alert if anyone initiates a short sale on a particular stock, if suppose the stock which you have sold today and after that stock jumps high, then you have to face a big loss, so before initiating any short sale on any stock, assess that stock well.

I have seen many people who are making profit from short selling but they are really very smart, they implement many new strategies, and according to the market situation and market trend they implement them in their trading.

Like others here, I think jumping into short selling is a very risky thing... well, that is unless you really know the twists and turns (i.e. market condition, trend, etc.) of short selling and have strategies that will really work.

Is that a proper time for jumping?
