Hi, everyone!

I'm in the process of becoming registered, should be officially in the business by the fall.

Came across this forum as I have sought a place to collaborate in Real Estate related matters, and decided to google around for "Real Estate Forums".

Surely enough, RealEstateForum.com came up, and I'm now a registered member looking forward to being a part of what appears to be a fantastic community!

Now for my question...

I'm in the process of getting licensed in Ontario. I am a Canadian citizen. As I wish to at some point, trade Real Estate in Florida, be it in combination with trading in Ontario, or just in Florida, I've looked into getting licensed in the state of Florida.

Looked into the requirements... seems standard enough. Nothing unusual about it.

My question is... is being registered in multiple districts/countries against REALTOR policies?

It's my understanding that some lawyers are bar members in multiple states, so I can't see why it would be any different for Real Estate... but I just thought I'd get some expert opinions on the topic.
