What state do you live in? Every state has different requirements for licensing. In Michigan Holloway's Real Estate Institute offers great classes.

I would check with your local MLS and see what they have to offer.

Yes, better to specify your state so that we can give you a list of good schools that provide real estate courses.

The best advice that i can give you is to get the experience course :-) That is i think is only the most part of the property business. If you understand my point then good otherwise take advantages from the previous property lenders in your area.

That is the best course in my view. Good Luck

When considering a real estate course, it is wise to keep in mind that not all courses are created equally. Some are less convenient and more costly than others. Also, the percentage of graduates that pass the real estate license exam may vary widely, depending upon the school or program in question. As such, shopping around for the right program is an important step in successfully earning a real estate license.

ton of real estate schools out there, most are fairly good from my experiences. But of course some are more credible than others. I've used Allied, pretty good.

There is a really good company here in Texas called Champions School of Real Estate. I took all of my classes there and was very impressed. Hope that helps.
