Default Lease Option Listing Not sure what to do

I have a listing appt. with a possible seller tomorrow who wants to do a lease option. How does that work if I get them to list with me? She said she had someone that is already interested in the lease option as well. What should I look out for?

I would talk with your broker in charge. There may be laws in your state that will address this type of situation and also it may be office/company policy to handle these matters in a certain way.
