EXIT and Zip Realty
Hi,
I'm new to real estate and have met with a number of local brokers including C21 and ReMax.
Also have met with EXIT and Zip, which seem different. While I realize every office is different, does anyone have any experience working for either of these companies? Hoping to make a decision this week...
Thanks in advance for any help!
John

I know of all these companies.
Re/Max is the best. Not as much "training" but to be honest, you don't need to spend your time reading and rehearsing scripts. You just need to start to getting leads and doing business.
Re/Max is also one of the more "progressive" big brands. The other big ones are starting to shrink, and Re/Max is still going strong even in this market.
Make sure you ask each place "how many new agents have joined in the last 2 years, how many are still here, and can I talk to them"
If the answers are "a few, 1 or 2, no" then you know where NOT to go.Steve Howe - REALTOR - RE/MAX Advantage Plus

Hi John,
Have you considered Keller Williams? They have the distinction of being the only company of the top four companies in the US to have an increase in agents '08-'09, even with the NAR agent count down 7%. KW is also a learning based company, which is great for new real estate agents. Everything you need can be found at KW Connect (I can send you a guest pass), through coaching, live training events, and through MAPS coaching. If it sounds like a good fit for you, I can get you in touch with my team leader. Our office might not be in your area, but he would be able to talk to you about the company, give you a business consultation, and find a KW team in your area.
Best,
Deanna

Well let me tell you one thing first you have to see what kind of things you are interested or you are planning to buy some thing or you are selling some kind of property services.
Your first and the most important should be to consent gonion and reliable property portal in your area then see different properties over their and choose the best one at the end. Good Luck

I really think Keller Williams has stepped it up lately and I heard they are hooked up with reoprep.com for foreclosure listings. If I was joining a new office I would go with them.
