I'm James from Barton Financial Group our interest is in privately held mortgage, trust deeds (notes) both residential and commercial. Please allow me to change my recent response. If there is a larger interest rate on the note, the offer will be more closer to the balance of the note. As for low interest rates, they will be discounted more than the notes that have large interest rates.
